Who can refer
Any person with an account on the site, free-course students included. Each account has a short referral code.
Named partners refer both ways with no fee.
How much you get
10% of the net sale: the price paid, less the payment fee and the invoice fee. Installment interest the buyer pays is not part of it.
The person you refer pays the normal price. The code only names you.
Which sales pay
Courses and mentorship: only the first paid purchase of the person you referred (the course, group mentorship, or 1:1 mentorship).
Companies: only the first team-training program or the first build. A discovery alone, a retainer, an add-on, or a later project pays nothing.
When the commission is yours
Courses and mentorship: when the 7-day refund window ends and the payment clears, installment by installment.
Companies: at each paid milestone of the contract.
A refund or a chargeback cancels the part not yet paid.
The payout is a monthly Pix, with an RPA when the law requires one.
Rules
A code earns nothing on its owner's purchase or on a purchase with the same CPF.
Each buyer has one referrer: the code on the first sale decides it.
No paid ads on the name Ricardo Krug or AI Automation, no income claims, and no bulk messages. A breach ends the code; commission already earned is paid.
Until automatic tracking exists, send your code with the referral on WhatsApp, and I record it by hand.
Changes
I can change these terms. A change applies to sales after the date on this page.
