Implementation
I build your automation. From a spec you own, and I can keep it running.
- Who it is for
- Companies with a process to automate, internal or customer-facing
- Format
- A paid discovery (1–2 sessions), a written spec, then a fixed-price build
- Result
- The automation in production, with handover docs and a 30-day defect warranty
- Investment
- Discovery R$3,000 · builds from R$10,000
- Start
- One build at a time · next start: date to be announced
How it works
The discovery maps the process and ends in a written spec. The spec is yours: you can take it to another builder. The build gets a fixed quote from that spec.
- Discovery
- 1–2 sessions. I map the process and write the spec. Paid before session 1, and credited in full to the build.
- Build
- A fixed quote from the spec. Larger changes after launch are new projects, each from a spec.
- Handover
- Docs on the spec, the access, and how it runs, plus a 30-day warranty on defects in my work.
- After
- An optional retainer, or paid fixes by the hour, best effort.
The company provides
- A person who decides
- Without one, the spec stops at approval.
- Accounts in the company's name
- Every tool, server, and API key stays with the company.
- Access to the systems the process touches
- Without it, the build cannot connect them.
- Test data where personal data applies
- While I have access, I process data for the company, under LGPD processor terms.
