How it works
People from your company study the paid course at their own pace. Once a week, for 6 weeks, they bring their real process to a call with me. In week 6, each one shows a process that works.
- Week 0
- Each builder starts the paid course and picks a process from their own area.
- Weeks 1–5
- One 90-minute call a week. Each builder brings what they built, and the group reviews it live.
- Week 6
- Demo for the sponsor. Each process goes through the course's production checklist.
The company provides
- One repeated process per builder
- Without it, week 1 becomes a search.
- A sponsor in the first and last weeks
- Without one, the program becomes optional.
- Protected time: 2–3 h a week per builder
- Without it, nobody arrives with something built.
- Access to the tools and to test data
- Without it, the builders cannot connect systems.
- A decision on where the automation system runs
- A SaaS product, your own IT infrastructure, or my paid setup.
Investment
From R$10,000
R$8,000 for the program, plus R$1,000 per builder. The builder fee includes the paid-course seat.
With 2 builders: R$10,000. With 5 builders: R$13,000.
50% at signing, 50% before the week-4 call.
- Opener for the whole team (2 h, remote): R$2,500
- Automation system setup by me: R$2,500 (the hosting is the company's)
- Version with access to the company's systems, on terms set before the start: + R$4,000
